* Dinar Daddy: The Possible Outcomes… for ALL to Review
All,
What are the possibilities that this investment can result in? Here they are… pass it along so I don’t have to re-post a month from now… thanks!
Option #1 – You can LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY… How you ask? Here are the possibilities:
- You misplace it
- It gets stolen
- You get duped by someone
Option #2 - You lose some percentage of your money, even up to 20-30% or more… How you ask? Here are the possibilities:
- You get impatient with this investment and sell all or a portion of your investment back for a dealer or other investor for less than what you paid for it + shipping. The going rate for dealers buy-backs is around $750 – $800 per million dinar.
- The dinar LOPS. This means the current value wherein the IQD is worth .000855 of $1, doesn’t change its value when the lower denomination notes come out. The three zeroes from .000855 become .855, but the value stays the same. This means you will NOT receive a gain in your investment, and you are still left with the problem of cashing it back into a dealer at their declared purchase rate, whatever it is at that moment.
- Because of the LOP, you aren’t patient with your investment, and you feel you need to sell at that EXACT MOMENT versus waiting for it to go onto the world stage and gain in value. So, you sell at a loss.
- In this scenario, I will probably just SIT on my investment until it eventually starts going up on the Forex, so in reality, I probably won’t lose money this way. The gains would yet to be seen.
Option #3 – You may a reasonable return on your investment, maybe turning a $3,000 investment into something like $10,000 or $12,000. It’s not a bad return on our money for a year or two to gain a 300 – 400% return on your money… How you ask? Here are the possibilities:
- As in the examples about the LOP above, they LOP off the 3 zeroes initially, but then revalue the currency so that instead of keeping it at .855, they then REVALUE the currency against the USD to say $2.56 or $3.42, which would equate into a 3x or 4x return on your money, or somewhere in-between or above. The point being, they LOP the currency first, then they Revalue the currency, thus giving investors value, but not 1000x+ returns on their money.
Option #4 – You make a HUGE return on your investment, maybe turning a $3,000 investment into something like $3,000,000 or $9,000,000!… How you ask? Here are the possibilities:
- The CBI, with the IMF’s approval revalues their currency against the USD from where it currently stands (.000855) to where they want it… Here are examples of the returns of they revalue it at different rates:
- 1:1 = $3,000,000 for 3 million dinar (est. $3,000 originally invested) – $1 rate per dinar
- .5:1 = $6,000,000 for 3 million dinar (est. $3,000 originally invested) – $2.00 rate per dinar
- .255:1 = $11,760,000 for 3 million Dinar (est. $3,000 originally invested) – $3.92 rate per dinar
I hope this helps everyone understand the possibilities with this investment. Just so all of you know where I stand on this, as if you didn’t already….
- I’m NOT worried about #1 for myself.
- I don’t believe a LOP will happen, as NONE of the classic signs of Hyper-Inflation and Massive Debt are in play with Iraq. Both signs are what Iraq and the world have been working on over the past 7 years to get resolved so that they could bring their currency back as a strong and powerful currency for the world to accept. The governments of the world haven’t forgiven Iraq’s debts without a guarantee of repayment.
- I think this could be a possibility, and I’d be in denial if I didn’t consider it. I would be disappointed if #3 were to happen, but I’d move on knowing I made a decent return on my money.
- I believe, and have been told by those who are far more connected and in a position to know than me, that this is indeed what will happen, despite what you are hearing from all that do their best to scream from the mountaintops that a LOP is on the way and the sky is falling. I am expecting a huge return on my investment. I believe we ARE the economic stimulus package the BUSH ADMINISTRATION put together to rebuild the US and the world’s broken economy, as this is what was shared with me by someone very involved.
This is coming, and the ride will be over soon enough. Hang on, the ride’s going to get rough, and bumpy, and crazy, and then finally…. AMAZING!

AMEN ….There you have it…ALL SCENARIOUS… And there is NOTHING in this comment by DD to be arguing about… So JUST LET IT GO!… And be thankful you had the opportunity at a CHANCE to make a little money…. Heck I have my days of “disbelief also… BUT PLEASE… Give us a chance to read what everyone has to say and make our own choices…GOOD OR BAD>.. Im not going to agree with everything DD says, Daved says, or anyone else probably…But lets just read it, (COMMENT IF WE ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO AND WE ARE BRINGING PERTINENT INFORMATION) and MOVE ON!
Thanks DD for the info. I hope it’s Option 4.
I’m starting to get real excited.
Number 1 was a good one! I got a good laugh on that one. My husband and I actually put some of our Dinars in a closet where it sat for almost 5years. We could have easily have forgotten where we had put them, because we had forgotten about this investment until a stranger approached my husband at our sons football practice and brought up the subject of investing in foreign currency, It was only about a month ago. We both feel there was a reason for this stranger to approach him. If He hadn’t it could have rvd and ours would have still been in our closet! collecting dust. Wow! that was cut close!
Good Show DD
Makes sense too Me.
GO DINAR !!!
Well said!
Now I know what my old daddy meant when he said “some people will argue with a sign post”… I had to take a break from these rooms for the last few weeks because I felt that the arguments were getting ridiculous.. I thought maybe it was JUST ME… Now I know I was wrong.. After reading comments this one day, I realized that you people can argue JUST FINE without me!.. And I thought that “”I”"” was bipolar.. Now I know, if I am, IT AINT JUST ME…
Thanks DD
Maybe you should put this post on your home page for new investers!
Spells it out pretty good!
Come on RV
3
Everyone i thought you would find this interesting one night i came upon this and i didnt know why i decide to ceck my horoscope this iswhat i got for the month of october whihc is a libra which s when i was born check this out:
A gain in stock market or financial investment is a certainty in the last quarter of the year while speculators and commodity exchange traders may stand to make lot of profits. Career promotion and pay hikes are also very common for many Librans. However, Librans may spend a lot of money throughout the year that they may need to curb in order to save for the rainy day. Hard work and dedication may make Librans unbeatable in all aspects of their career.
Thanks DD. This is a great help to me. I personally have always loved the number 4!! Go Dinar And thanks again.
GB4U
I gave you a thumbs up cuz you kept it short…..lol
i can’t count
love that you gave all the possible scenarios with examples…thanks from all of us!!
Friday’s my birthday. . . .everyone who asks me what I want for my b’day gets the answer, “CASH”. Who really knows. . . . . maybe I will just get lucky.
I like those apples.
How many think I should buy a million on reserve? I’ll lose the money if it doesn’t RV. I think its time to take the chance. What say ye. GB4U. I already know:)
Outstanding info. D.D. Need to know input. Much thanks.
Go RV.
Well, at least the time is at hand. Don’t forget the meeting in Wyoming with Sistani, etc.. I do not think it will LOP, but I do think it will be a lower rate, like .27. I think this is sustainable. One thing we forget, the global and especially the US economy needs this. There is too much at stake. If it doesn’t RV, will keep the whole world in the dumpster. Just think of the impact of the RV. You mean to tell me, the power brokers will let it pass. But, the pressure on us all is great. I do not even have anything funny to say. I haven’t worked on my book for 2 months. God is going to give us this miracle. Only He is in control. But any way this turns out, do not despair.
I do hope I’m wrong DD, but it “appears”, and I repeat, “APPEARS” that your post was almost a heavily accented preparation for #2 or #3.
I’ve never heard you discuss the possibility of Lop or Lop/RV quite so “distinctly”.
Just an observation……
DD: At this time, I believe # 3 option is more viable than the other options you mentioned. A few weeks ago you posted a scenario where we turn in a $10,000 note, Iraq spends $ 162.50 to produce oil that eventually allows the US Treasury to receive $ 12,500. That may not be exact but it’s close.
I never posted a comment because I knew how it would be received but I disagreed with that post and your conclusions. I can assure you that we will NOT reap a 1000% return on this investment. Iraq will not make us millionaires for a very minimal investment. There is NO WAY, we spend $1050 for 1M Dinar and we get a return of $ 1M ( 1IQD to 1USD) for that investment. It makes no sense and does not come close to what happened with other currencies. The EURO, representing 13 countries only came out at .34.
This is why there are so many novices invested in the Dinar. That’s why you are giving them pointers as to how to cash in, pay taxes and etc. An experienced investor reads the posts from the so-called, self-proclaimed, Dinar guru’s and laughs. Reading the posts is like a comedy where truth cannot quite make it in the door, and IF it does, most readers will give it a thumbs down. I know because most of my posts are contested by the novices. That actually makes me proud and separates the men from the boys, as they say.
Most likely, this investment will not allow anyone to become a millionaire like the lottery does. When I see people like Dave Ramsey and Clark Howard not jump on the Dinar bandwagon, I am more likely thinking the # 3 is a possibility and that # 2 is also very likely.
I appreciate the post though and hope your efforts reap some personal benefit. I personally, want the RV to occur at $ 1 to $ 3, so that everyone makes a big load but don’t quit your day job yet!
Personally, I didn’t try to read ANYTHING into the post…I took it for exactly what It says… ”” THE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES”"”…..
I once was interested in numerology and it said that my lucky number was 4 !!!!
So it will be 4! YAY GO RV!!!!!!
or we may still have another year or two to go…no one knows…
I’ll be honest… I have been following this website since I invested over a year ago and this is the first post that DD has done that we can actually take as a very negative connotation. I feel as if he found out some negative information recently and he is beginning the process of “letting us down slowly”. I am truly a realist. My wife is an eternal optimist about this and only considers that #4 is the ONLY possibility. I really feel that #3 makes the most sense. I really like the above post saying that “this is why there are so many novices invested in the Dinar………”. In that post he really outlines some good points as to why there have not been any REAL money gurus (i.e. Dave Ramsey) investing in the IQD. I think we should all lower ourselves back to ground level and think about this from a realist point of view. Do you really think that somehow Iraq is going to be able to provide the world with a 1000% ROI. That is truly UNPRECEDENTED. I really hope the RV happens at a 1:1 ratio or even 2:1 or 3:1 ratio but let’s think about this like adults. I’m a believer…. but I’m also a realist…..
GO RV and let’s pray for a miracle! (I hope I wasn’t too blunt for anyone)
jyoung… please do NOT read more into my post than what was meant. I am VERY bullish on this investment, and I have heard NOTHING negative whatsoever. I come from a background of professional investment executive experience where it’s the professionally responsible thing to do to share all possibilities of an investment, including sharing that “past performance is no indication of future performance”, and revealing the possibility of loss of the invested amount altogether for any number of reasons.
So, knowing that, you should feel comforted that I made that post simply to allow everyone to expose themselves to ALL possibilities of our investment. I even went so far as to share what I personally would do based on the outcome of each. I hope this helps you understand. – DD

Listen To Your Wife !!!
Well said except for “we ARE the economic stimulus package the BUSH ADMINISTRATION put together to rebuild the US and the world’s broken economy”. The US and world economy wasn’t broken when we invaded Iraq. Far from it, we were still flourishing from the previous administration. The dinar revaluation was never meant to be an investment opportunity for the people, only a way for Bush and his cronies to create opportunism (greed). It fascinates me how some people in this investment anthropomorphize God and glorify Bush.
Have you forgotten 9-11 ? That was not flourishing ! Obama and pelosi have torn this country down. All conservitives please get out and vote Nov 2 nd !
Poor old Granny’s confusing economics with terrorism and that Obama’s the source of the economic collapse that he inherited from Bush. Confusion and memory loss are early signs of dementia. Better get checked.
[in addition to my earlier post]
DinarDaddy… I truly respect what you have done for us (everyone who utilizes this site). In no way was I trying to cut down what you have done. It was just my point of view.
I respect the fact that you shared with us that there ARE possibilities of this turning out in a negative way. It is commendable for you to give all angles.
For me, it is just hard to believe there could be a possible 1,000% ROI… no matter how much I REALLY want that to happen!
I have lived my whole life hearing the cliche statement… “If it sounds too good to be true… it probably is too good to be true.”
But, on the other hand… this investment is too good to pass up! The potential gains vs. the potential losses just make it seems like a no-brainer. I’ll take my chances at [potentially] making $millions$, as long as I know the most I can lose is a few hundred dollars.
Go RV!!!!
