D. by doing so, now you bring in the foreign investment,and tax their TRUE revenues E. any Iraqis holding the higher denoms, will want to “cash” them in F. and with the tax structure in place, you tax their new “income” accordingly to me..Shabs is brilliant to wait for it..
_ flood the market with US Dollars now through the auctions cause fear in the minds of his countryrmen NOT to trust their currency..
hence.. they trade them for dollars
then.. you build your reserves and limit your losses in payouts
call the RV.. and all they get for 1 buck is one dinar..instead of 1170.
brilliant.. shabs is playing all the right cards in order to limit his losses..
it’s coming folks..
and the good thing.. IF, and I do mean IF, these are calculated as capital gains..
we don’t pay them until next year!!! mwahahahahaha
