Baghdad (newsletter).Student attorney on/cluster white/Aziz Sharif almeyahy government filed a complaint to the United Nations to stop reparations paid by Iraq to Kuwait because of the Gulf war.
He moved the cluster’s information Office said: the Government of Iraq take on a complaint to the United Nations to stop the compensation paid by Iraq to Kuwait by the former regime the 1990 invasion, which bear the consequences of the Iraqi people today.
He added: the millions of dollars lost Iraq annually as compensation for Kuwait which are indispensable for the money of the people unjustly time-outs experiencing a large segment of poverty and lack of services, noting: that the money should be spent on development projects to help accelerate the Iraqi economy and run the unemployed.
Almeyahy called on the Government to: follow all means which may lead to the suspension of such compensation, including also resort to international arbitration to resolve this issue.
