They tell him this thing was done and agreed to several days ago…which I do believe possible – just looking for the formalization soon. As you know I have been most cautious in talking along these lines for some time as I too want to see something (or have some fore-knowledge) before I call it “done-done
[BGG] I will say – I have talked to two first hand Wells contacts (the last couple of days) – they are seeing a rate (pretty consistently). It shows the number and then “restricted” so – it may just be a “marker rate” still. I have a feeling we will soon know.
