* Feltman: Jeffrey is making efforts to resolve the Iraqi crisis
Cairo, January 5 (Rn) – U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman on Thursday that the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, James Jeffrey is making strenuous efforts to try to find a way out of the political crisis in Iraq.

In another context, Feltman said that there is the most important partner of Egypt to the United States in the Arab world, saying that the Egyptian leadership in the region see the progress of his country’s mission to the region in transition in 2011/2012.
Feltman said after meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Mohammed “It’s important for us to maintain our strong bilateral consultations with the Egyptian government.” Stressing that matter the United States to follow the vote of the Egyptian people to choose their representatives in the next parliament.
And whether the United States is still confident in the effectiveness of the Observer Mission of the Arab League to Syria after criticism of her Feltman said, “We want to end the violence in Syria has been the Arab League and clear it wants to save Syria through the Arab initiative and it is up to the university in to decide whether Syria had committed itself to the terms of the initiative or not. “
