TONY. STATES – If you do not know anything about GOV procedure you do now know… and all you saw previously was info about needing HC – the 3 ministers and GOI stuff and you do not see anything about that anymore. –
TONY. STATES – we are still on track we are still in a good place – we will KNOW Tuesday – FOREX and Banks has info- the BIS – World Bank and IMF has the documents they need and they have crossed the t’s and ‘I’s and it’s a timing thing and it is our time-
TONY. STATES – listen, if RV does not happen on Tuesday morning for some reason, maybe we can explain the timing issue better but I feel that it is Tuesday but If not, now we can probably release some of this timing info then
TONY. STATES – most are saying the wait is over and time is now on the boards out there – most of that info is true but only disparity of what the number is but no one will know till it comes out-
TONY. STATES – we are getting numbers on other side of the ocean and does not make since unless its to the GBP and I have been told that that is absolutely it… it IS quiet and no articles coming out, no one complaining that its stopped –
TONY. STATES – all saying done done done here and each agency is saying it’s done and has been removed from those agencies and this should be a great Cap, things could happen any moment – I DO NOT SEE it for tonight or tomorrow but Tuesday –
TONY. STATES – If it did come out tonight or tomorrow, if you see Dinar Banker change their rate, you will be able to go in there and lock in your rate. If they don’t have to wait til Tues, you don’t either.
Question – tax rate – insight?
TONY. states its not going to matter when you bought it – only when you cash this in – but I still hear they are trying to go for the 15% flat rate –we will give you what we hear from the UST & IRS after we cash in..
TONY. STATES – The rate is definitely not $.10 it is definitely over $3.00
TONY. STATES – working with guys on packages to the banks – at least 3 banks to work with – If we get the packages at night and we get a heads up I will try to go through them before you go to the bank- if it happens at 9am I will be at the bank like you are and when we get back about what they are – but the packages will be on the sight as fast as they can be..
TONY. STATES I probably should not say this but the FOREX already has the info but no permission to release this –Banks has theirs –
TONY. STATES – when it is to be released it will be during Midday in Iraq which is our early AM – and if not in the our AM then again 3-5 PM our time – could happen anytime but I have been told to look for it at those time frames.
TONY. STATES – MY OPINION STRICTLY – the 24 hour cashin – I personally think its BS as it does not make sense to do it and bring it at a high rate and think all can cash out at that rate so why even bring out a high rate…
TONY. STATES – I do feel it will be a short window before change … Has to be out there for a little while for all the countries to get their market value or close to it…If its a really high range, think it will be a short window… more than 24 hours to cash out…
TONY. STATES – When the dollar drops, its not about the actual bill going down, about their value, and everything else going up. Think we still have a ways to go, and actually just like what happened in Europe and them being downgraded again, was supposed to be alleviated back in Oct or Nov. The longer we go the more this will happen. That’s why this has to happen now before this won’t even save us. Do expect a dip over spring/summer, and then coming back up in the fall and a strong winter…Our money will always be worth something.
