awesome news we will have 10 years to cash in our large notes. Majority will be remove within the first 24 month and the changeover to the new notes will take 24 months . The process has already started. Release of the new rate should be completed very soon. So everyone can take your time with cash in and make the best of the situation. Great news rich friends.
