Frank began the call with prayer. He invited the family members to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us all as we listen to the call tonight.
Frank’s prayer reminded us once again to place our faith in GOD…NOT in the dinar. Greetings to all the Mennonites, Quakers and Amish friends. I am getting to know so many of you, and it is wonderful to get to know you better. I am going to take you up on your offer to come to your community and get to know more about your lifestyle and your culture.
Delta will not be on tonight, but he will be on tomorrow night. Wednesday, Frank will be on a panel with 4 people to answer questions. Tomorrow night, Frank will have Bible study on Acts 17:16-34, entitled, “All People Everywhere”. He invites everyone to listen in on that call. On Wednesday, Delta will be with us, but he will only be on for a little while. At 9:00 p.m. EST, Frank will have to go on this program that he will be doing a “presidential format” forum panel. It is called “The Great Dinar Debate”. There will be 4 questions posed to each of 4 panel members in this debate.
It seems to Frank that the GOI is learning to become a man, to take on responsibilities as a man who cares for his country. This is a new man with a new attitude for his country.
First thing: Weren’t they supposed to meet tomorrow? What are they waiting for? They are waiting for Talabani to come back. He is President of Parliament. They will not start without him. He will be back on Wednesday, so they will start on Thursday. There is nothing mysterious about why…they are waiting for the President. Iraqiya TV is even talking about the meetings that are happening right now. The political parties and coalitions are meeting right now. Each group meets within themselves behind closed doors before the actual Parliament meeting. Iraqiya TV stopped talking about the Holy March and is taking CBI articles and talked about the three categories that will be introduced very soon. Three categories means what? Three categories is an extremely vague reference, but they are talking about currency. The evolution of confusion…”others” are very good at taking something like this and making it even more confusing.Let’s talk about this article. The three categories are three different groups of currency. 50, 100 and 200. The article said they don’t need approval from Parliament in order to release these 3 categories. That is very significant. The article comes from the CBI. They are saying, “We do NOT need the approval of Parliament!” The CBI does not need approval, permission or any law from Parliament in order to release any currency or denomination, nor do they need this in order to lift the 000s. Frank talks about the 7-10 days, but that means AFTER the rate change, Parliament will need that time to ACTIVATE the new rate into their budget. If they say there are more categories, this means there are more currencies. What phase are these currencies in right now? Phase 2. The articles have very clearly explained to everyone on the planet that the CBI is about to lift the 000s in order to add value to their currency. What more do you want than that? Even last year during Phase 1, we were all confused by the articles (which were coming from the GOI). All we wanted was the GOI to sit down. Petraeus let them know about the “cockroaches” and that they needed to get rid of them. They did. Phase 1 is DONE. It doesn’t even exist anymore. Phase 1 was the lifting of the 000s, adjusting the budgets, the coins being introduced along with the lower denoms, the purchase of the De La Rue machines, etc., etc., etc. ALL of those things are DONE. Phase 1 is long gone. They told us that entering into 2012, they are beginning Phase 2. We are NOT in Phase 1. It is DONE, DONE, DONE! If you see it in an article, just disregard it. Don’t let it confuse you anymore. It is over and done with. We are at the beginning of 2012, and we are at the beginning of Phase 2.
