Kuwaiti Ambassador in Iraq to the insured declared his intention to return to active duty in Baghdad early next month, expressing optimism that the relation between the two countries made progress in all areas, the insured said that his return to Iraq would be after the finalization of the contract security company that will protect Embassy stressing that he will begin work on preparing the ground for the mutual visits between the Prime Ministers of both countries and the work of the Joint Committee
