* Iraqi Council of Representatives discusses the general amnesty law on Monday

And between the head of the bloc Bahaa al-Araji, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn), “The Legal Committee has completed all the amendments to the law and agreement has been presented on Monday to discuss it within the parliament,” noting that “the political blocs have the convictions of the need for the completion of this law in the post-withdrawal the U.S..
Legal experts believe that the amnesty law which a number of legal loopholes, as it is possible to include some of the accused terrorist acts and crimes of murder and kidnapping by the formula which he wrote the bill, which is described as close to (flexible rubber).
Araji said that “the law does not cover their hands stained with the blood of the Iraqi people and the terrorist operations and covered by the laws of honesty and theft of public money which does not protect those who belong to terrorist organizations.”
The Iraqi government had in October of last year not satisfied with the amnesty bill currently before the House of Representatives. According to an official statement, the Council of Ministers decided through the Office of the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, approached the House of Representatives of the notice of withdrawal of a proposed amnesty or to slow down in legislation, which is the subject of discussion in the House of Representatives for submission to the Council of Ministers to take appropriate decision thereon.
