Q- Lady is happy that she finally got on call after many months! Question is do you think that it is smart to get highend property and jump the gun now??? Moving from Pennsylvania to California. Do you know a million dollar house in California is classified as a suburb??? So just be careful. Be careful when you see cheap property and here that it is dirt cheap. Tony seen 20,000 million dollar homes dropping to 14 million. Most million dollar homes right now is a goo deal. Shoul we lock in early with Dinar Banker?? Tony said that it is hard to say right now. If it comes out high, don’t wait. Run with it. Just depends on how much you want to wait for. It is an individual choice!!! 30% tax that Obama is talking about. Tony is thinking capital gain, but wasn’t directed towards us!!!

Tony’s personal opinion is not going to settle for 30% tax. He will pay fair taxes, but no one will want to pay 30%. Q- Who is Talabani? Tony is teasing him right now!! He is the President of Iraq!! Can registration for SF be done after RV??? No, not really!! We have to draw a line somewhere. Most people that are registering now are going on a hold right now. Tony is saying that at least 3 people are writing books and 1 persn is doing a movie. Tony can’t wait for actors and actresses!! Tony is thinking Denzel Washington for him!!

It is alright to be frustrtaed or not be frustrated. Tony knows people that are in this and they are even frustrated. Banks know that it makes them look bad. Tony is giving the best information that they have and we are going through the process and thinks that we are at the end!!!! Tony wants to tell one of the mods about Bernie Mac!!! He is not going to protray me in a movie!! There is a reson why!
