TONY. STATES – they have gone back in and showing a live rate but I do not know the live rate and that was hours ago…those rates have changed from three hours ago. Different Banks, NY, TX, TN mostly the east coast. Arizona is seeing something else.
TONY. STATES – Bank of America is on a different system than the rest of the country. East Coast to West Coast different systems. All the changes are coming from East to West.
TONY. STATES – The Dong will be at an unbelievable price = I will not quote it but it will be an unbelievable price!
