Jan 28 5:43 PM [Eagle Has Landed] soonerfan62 hello, question please. When the NEW IQD was introduced in 2004 it had a value of 4000IQD to 1USD. It then went to 980IQD to 1 USD.
Then the IMF gave it a “program” rate of 1170. If there is an RI it would got to either 4000IQD or 980IQD as this would be the TRUE original rate of THIS I
