[bluwolf] Yes the Imf has the power to force the rate of a certain divisas (currency) if they are stalling, and they have forced the issue in the past. But the basic rate that is imposed on a country by IMF mandated can be over ruled only by that country within 3 days after it has been imposed. If this is the case people we are finally there.

 

Force rates do not stick on very well within computer systems they tend to float and this is what is being seen on all bank screens right now (a dummy rate). Check back on the history of certain divisas and draw your own conclusions, in my opinion just like my God said ” tell all that was promised by Me has been accomplished“ Now I was told that briefings by Banks state to all managers to be prepare for there will be a great world movement of divisas to come into play by next weekend not this one. [bluwolf] social media for the past few years have been inspiring how bad things are out there for the usa and other countries of the world. And it has gotten to the point that according to these so called experts that it is. But here is the point they have been so long into these type of info that it now has entered your bedrooms, and now it is you that through many years have been telling all on these dinar sites, how you are hurting and needing, and they know that. Now for the good part, it has gotten to my attention about the 24 hour factor after it rv’s,,i call it bringing in the big whales (you are one of them) ,see they know how you are hurting and how desperate you may be to cashin and so now we have a situation about the imf imposing a rate on iraq (3.22), well they sure can do that in fact back in sept. 2009 they tried, back then iraq wanted to come out at 3.22 and the imf wanted done and it stated a rate upon them 1.49 and this was seen on some bank screens even then, but see all came to a halt for iraq had sanctions by the us and the un that needed to be removed. Now i want you to also know that iraq’s rate has to be 5 cents higher or 5 cents lower then the rate of kuwait and that was agreed by both countries. Iraq coming in at 3.22 does not meet the global expectations and even iraq’s expectations and this is just common facts but there is a factor out there bringing in the fat whales as soon as possible and there is where you must be careful and where your wealth decisions must come into play, for if it comes out low it should rise at any moment to the highest potential that that countries really wants and it should be maintained at that factor for a period of 30 days or so. Now let me be clear i am not imposing for you to do nothing whatsoever i just want you to think it all over, and i want all messengers to get together and study the past in order to put it into play in this future that is all, you may do whatever but just think it over f

Now as you may see we are in a big chess game right now who says checkmate is the winner in my case i should be the victor, how about you? Now the big question is should we trust iraq? My answer is yes. Should we trust the other countries? In my opinion no!!!!!! Now is your time to sit and think it over very carefully before you start to run off to your nearest bank and become another trophy fish { a big whale }…BE blessed these arguments are strictly done with the soul intention to clearing the air that for so long has blocked our minds and eyesight, i do it simply cause i care for all dinarians and as of now i lay my peace, and the decision is strictly yours.
