The RV has always been in a position that Iraq could cause issues with it…

But IMF has stepped in and took over… The best result is for Iraq to come back and RV right now for us to get more money… But just in case, Legarde is giving you an RI with the $ 3.22 …. Nothing to cry about folks… I would be happy with that kind of return as a worse case scenario…
