Just want to drop a short note on what to look for, in the papers they have been mentioning the Nation Conference…. Well this is an event we need to watch for…there has to be an event to happen to give the Iraqis the ability to announce Ministers like I have been saying for the last 8 months.
Oh by the way I did inherit 40 million from some barrister out of nigeria.This rumor is as good as the Bank rumors with 12 dollar rates…….. Please do not fall for that this investment will happen but it is very political and Iraq GOI needs to finish there bickering…….
I do believe the bickering is coming to an end and this next week is a very good week for us to see the announcement of the Ministers… I have always said the ministers will show.
I have not done a call because there is no reason to get the masses excited until we get close to this thing coming to an end……
Do not believe the rumor about the IMF being able to force the rate that is all rumor and is not worth listening to…
For those who still want the Rate to come out at .86 cents you just need to understand that the budget will require more than that to operate. Let me give my figures so you have the ability to not worry about the Rate…….
Iraq has an Budget of 90.1 billion. From the Offical UN document Iraq has a total revenue of oil of 26.1 billion. I am using US Dollars.
90.1 divided by 26.1 comes to 3.45 they have to raise their rate to meet the budget……. and no the rate will not come out and sky rocket to the moon…. Shabibi said that the rate would be managed… If you do not understand Managed just take the rate now and for the last 24 months or better the rate has been 1170 and until just recently 1160, that is what you call managed……
Look Breathe and relax the next week does look good the National Conference in my opinion will be the fore runner to seeing the Ministers.
One more thing no one is going to force Iraq.. At least not yet and the only people that can would be the US……. So if the US will press, which again I see this, Obama, Clinton both said last week for Iraq to hurry up and get there stuff together. Hence pressure.
I should do a call either this weekend or first of next week…
