ACTUALLY several sources are calling it now but i will wait with others for proof.
javabean] A word of caution: DB is still selling dinar; CBI has not updated; UK forex no new rates; UN and IMF no new rates. I am still looking for the change tomorrow morning. Go RV!!
[caveman] I feel like we will see the RV in the banks before a cbi update. I think the screens will flicker back and forth to a rate where it will finaly settle down.
Once it settles then we will see a cbi update. I could be wrong, thats just my opinion
